Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (depending on volume of orders)
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International Delivery usually takes about 7-15 business days but can take longer from time to time.

Please note, due to the current global climate, we are not responsible for any shipping delays/mistakes/ or otherwise inconveniences from your local last mile carrier.

An order with more than one item may arrive in different packages on different occasions as well for the reason above. We are currently streamlining the shipping process to facilitate a better experience for our customers.

A delivery is also considered a pickup if your region does not allow for it to be shipped to your door.

Shipping Address Policy

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.
